It was unclear when the injury occurred Sunday, but Forte departed on Chicago's opening drive of the second half and walked to the locker room. The team said his return was questionable. Forte had 10 carries for 41 yards and four receptions for 28 yards at the time of his departure. He began the day with a team-high 507 yards rushing on 126 carries.
